Hi, the envelope-from seems to be a null sender (<>). Guessing that the destination server - the one doing sender address verification - is also using Postfix, they might have configured it that way. My take is that since there is effectively no sender then, Postgrey gets confused maybe - but then, it would not only be me spotting this, since null senders are quite often for bounces. ;) I'll ping over at the postfwd mailing list. Just for reference, should someone jump into a similar problem, here's what I guess: I invoke postgrey (1.32) from postgrey (1.16) with id=NODNSWL; action=ask(127.0.0.1:10023) This "ask" part is also mentioned in the postfwd docs. However, in other places, I also find "greylisting" and "greylist" as the right commands, and I also stumbled across defining a restriction class in Postfix and referencing to it.
