I would say it is clearly an issue of passing the same message twice
through postfix. Something that happens if you use something like amavis
or a similar construct.
So you need to ignore the log entries by the localhost as advertised.
Given your responses I feel you are not very well familiar with how your
system works. It would be good to study it's working in detail.
