I have new information. I changed IGNORE_LOCALHOST=true to
IGNORE_LOCALHOST=false. I then deleted all the graph info in
/var/lib/mailgraph. When I restarted mailgraph I got a big surprise.

My sent mail went from 14 to 211. It looks like something is working
when I set INGORE_LOCALHOST=true.

Questions

    * How is mail counted?
    * Am I reading the graph wrong?
