SELinux is not enabled.
But - there has been a change - After additional thrashing around, graphing
*is* now taking place, except that daily stats are being graphed to the
yearly graph!!
I would surmise that destroying the rrc db's and recreating them might
perhaps remedy the problem - can't hurt to try anyway. What I was unaware of
until now, was the existence of /var/cache/mailgraph on some installations -
but on this installation it isn't there.
Oh well, here goes nothing :)
